ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
As items are custom-made, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
I will work with you to correct or adjust anything on your project within 30 days after receipt of the project.
If an item requires shipping, the customer will pay for shipping.
Each project will require a 50% down payment upon placement of order. The final payment will be due upon completion when the invoice is received before the shipment is processed.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation from me.
As the project is being worked on, I will remain in constant contact providing images of the project in progress, ensuring you are happy and involved with your order.
All custom orders will be completed within 30-60 days from the creation of the order, depending on the product and project.
Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time, unless you specify to have them shipped separately.
